The research conducted in the Psychotherapy and Psychiatry Research lab (PPR lab) focuses on process and outcome of psychotherapy provided in psychiatric settings. A strong emphasis is given to the unique characteristics of public mental health services, and the opportunities and challenges they impose on patients, therapists and staff. The lab is situated within the parameters of Shalvata Mental Health Center (MHC) and operates in collaboration with the Department of Community Mental Health at the University of Haifa.
